Aurea Email Marketing Terms and Conditions
If you purchased Aurea Email Marketing software or services from us or an authorized reseller, your Quote (or ordering document) will include the software title(s) and/or services purchased. As of February 1, 2016, the following terms govern the sale of Aurea E-mail Marketing licensed software and related services. These terms apply to Aurea® Campaign Manager (formerly Lyris HQ) and Aurea® ListManager™ (formerly Lyris ListManager). Archived editions of predecessor terms and conditions are available here.
